About this position:

Carrier Operations is the combined functions of Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S and Manufacturing. We buy, build and continuously improve the creation of products and services that keep our customers coming back. Carrier Operations is a powerful link between the design and marketing of our products and their final delivery to the customer. It's a big challenge; we do it every day in every corner of the world, with ever-increasing quality, pride and passion.

Key responsibilities:

Our Transportation Operations Leadership Program (OLP) will place you in the middle of a transformation that is sweeping across Operations. You will engage people, strategize and deploy initiatives using their diverse skills and competencies to meet extraordinary business and professional challenges. Our commitment to our OLP employees is to provide them with practical, meaningful, front-line assignments designed to expand their capabilities and enhance their learning.

This two-year program offers four 6-month rotations at the Carrier Monterrey site, located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.

You will build a complete platform on which to develop an exciting career in operations:

• Work in CARRIER's dynamic global business units: Commercial HVAC and Residential HVAC.
• Lead the ongoing deployment of our continuous improvement operating system across all our factories by achieving Carrier Excellence Certification.
• Support global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
• Learn the basics of manufacturing by applying state-of-the-art technology and lean principles.
• Develop cross-functional networking that will expand as your career grows.
• Receive mentoring and guidance from CARRIER operations leaders.
• Work with current OLP Associates on engagement teams to continuously improve the quality of the program.

Required Qualifications:

• Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related engineering.
• To be eligible for the program, you must be a 2025 graduate with a degree in a relevant field and start in the Leadership Program in June 2025.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant internship or co-op experience preferred.

• Proactive, results-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
