About the role

The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling Sensitech's integrated information management systems and temperature-monitoring devices, providing customized in-transit solutions for environmentally sensitive products in Eastern Europe.

What we are looking for

  • Previous sales experience with Food manufacturing; quality, logistics, supply chain strongly preferred.
  • Experience in selling software, or services would be beneficial.
  • Ability to develop a strategic plan for the defined territory and the tactical action skills to exceed the financial goals of the territory. 
  • Perform effective online demos and web-presentations to prospects.
  • Strong phone presence and experience supporting customers remotely.
  • Fluent in English and Polish. Knowledge any other Eastern European language is a plus.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Valid driving license

What you will be responsible for

  • Account management and growth of existing accounts assigned to the inside sales territory.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails ensuring a healthy pipeline.
  • General market research of accounts to identify key players and generate interest.
  • Closing sales and achieving quarterly / annual quotas maintaining existing customers and finding new ones.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements and collaboration with our cross-functional teams to deliver a solution.
  • An estimated 15% of travel may be required.
  • Complying with the EHS Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements
  • Attending at trade shows.
