About the role

Manages a team of intermediate or experienced professionals, with freedom to determine how assignments are completed (e.g., objectives and approaches to completing work). Sets objectives and guides others on execution/approach. Explains policies, practices, and procedures and may influence others. Executes operational plans that have measurable contribution towards the achievement of results. Focus is on short-term operational plans. May manage certain processes or projects within a defined budget set by management. This customer focused and energetic role provides strong leadership across the business to employees, managers and HR professionals. In this role you will proactively lead, coach, mentor and develop a team of HR Advisors and Specialists. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Carrier Excellence

  • DELIVER & GROW Cx LEADERSHIP & CULTURE: Design, Develop and Coach Cx Leadership Behaviors and in doing so support and develop a sustainable continuous improvement culture.  Coaching leaders in Cx ways of working, developing in house capability and network of CI internally. Define the benefits tracking framework and mechanics and rollout for productivity improvements tracking
  • DELIVER & SUSTAIN RESULTS: Apply the Continuous Improvement / Lean methodology, develop a hub level plan and lead its execution – ultimately linked to the business strategy and results and closely aligned with the GPS priorities. Project management of identified Improvement activities and tracking and enabling delivery.
  • TOOLS EXPERT: Be able to lead Kaizens, VSM, rollout visual management, huddles, Cx room, RRCA, and others and deliver micro learning sessions for teams. The goal would be to develop some real strong examples of success (showcases) which can be shared with the rest of the organization and create a stepping-stone to expand the CI activities to the next level.
  • GROW CAPABILITY: Enable CX Capability development for team by developing training content and deliver the trainings.  Help set Continuous Improvement / Lean goals for the hub and assist in leading the effort to achieve them.

Project Support & Implementation:

Develop and manage project plans for GPS Hub initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope. Implement best practices in project management methodologies Collaborate with leadership and other departments to define project goals, objectives, and requirements. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, deliverables, and results. Provide post-project analysis and reports to assess success, challenges, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Service Excellence, Project Management with proven experience in managing projects in HR or HR Services. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
