About this role
We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer to be assigned to our AnkaraRegion Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control financial risks within the sales channels and ensure the achievement of regional targets
- Conduct market and competitor analyses for commercial products in the assigned region
- Recommend and implement actions to increase regional market share
- Develop new customers within the commercial product market
- Create, implement, and supervise sales policies and plans for each sales channel
Requirements
- Experience in sales and marketing of heating systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales of heating and/or renewable energy systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
- Strong interpersonal skills; proactive and able to guide others
- Active driver
- Strong team player
- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and persuasive
- High sense of responsibility and ownership
