Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for financial operations and reporting within SAP FICO and HFM
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP enhancements
• Leading SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, integrations, HFM account mapping along with providing expert-level support, configuration, and maintenance realizing seamless end-to-end processes

Role Purpose

• Support Controllership activities including accurate and timely U.S. GAAP reporting and statutory financial reporting as supported by SAP FICO capabilities. As required, support activities performed by third-party service providers during month/quarter/year-end close, consolidation and external/internal reporting using SAP system resources
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment and comply with Carrier policies. You will also assist supporting audit activities and providing key report information
• Contribute to a high-performing Accounting and Reporting team leveraging SAP best practices

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology or Finance; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• SAP FICO Functional Expertise, Requirement/training Documentation and good training skills, Flexibility of working different SAP finance modules. Good MS Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills and business fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese.
