  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and external manufacturing partners to deliver project objectives.

  • Developing and maintaining project dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting tools to monitor capacity, operational readiness, and project progress.

  • Applying Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes, mitigate risks, and improve operational performance.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are collaborative, analytical, results-driven, and highly organized problem solvers. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • 3+ years of project management experience within manufacturing environments such as Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Manufacturing.

  • Experience working with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and/or Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving manufacturing transfers, production readiness, or complex product portfolios.

  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • PMP, CAPM, APICS CPIM, CSCP, or other Project Management or Supply Chain certifications.

  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
