About the role

In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues in the Mexico region. We are looking for team members who enjoy helping employees find answers to their HR-related questions and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers. A successful team member will be detail-oriented,possessa problem-solving mindset, and have a keen interest in improving existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support, primarily but not exclusively face-to-face, to hourly employees on various HR-related inquiries and deliverables, such as HR policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, and HR programs.

  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure effective and efficient HR service delivery related to hourly processes.

  • Assistwith the administration of GPS programs and initiatives, such as onboarding, offboarding, and talent and performance management.

  • Participate in GPS HR projects as needed.

  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of GPS procedures.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Psychology, Administration, or a related field, with 1+yearof experience in the Human Resources field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Advanced conversational English.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation whilemaintaininga high levelof integrity and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong working relationships.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Familiaritywithunderstanding of HR policies and procedures.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with HRIS tools, such as Workday, is a plus.
