  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to support product validation efforts.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and testing standards.

  • Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a technical laboratory environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience, including internships, co-op assignments, or professional experience in testing, validation, manufacturing, or laboratory environments.

  • Experience working with electronic components, assemblies, or PCBA testing.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.

  • Conversational English proficiency (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with product validation, verification, or reliability testing.

  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards.

  • Experience performing soldering, PCBA rework, and electronics troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with environmental testing and laboratory equipment.

  • Experience using electronic test and measurement instruments.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
