About the role

Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in Finance & Accounting? Our 3-year rotational Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is designed to give you hands-on experience in a global, New York Stock Exchange-listed company with market-leading products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Rotations are designed to expose associates to multiple segments and functions which may include Controllers & Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations / Factory Finance, among other Finance functions based on business need. Rotation locations are updated annually and may require relocation throughout the program. Relocation based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program is required and covered by the Company.

The program provides a continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience which may include trainings, events, and various case studies. FLP associates receive mentoring from program alumni and executives. In addition to training provided within the program, associates are eligible to utilize the Employee Scholar Program and other exclusive Carrier benefits.

What we are looking for:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Display strong academic performance
• Fluent English (Additional European language will be an asset)
• Ability to relocate for rotations and willingness to travel 10%
• Driving license
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Efficient PC skills in Excel & PowerPoint
• Eligible to start in the Leadership Program July 2025
