Carrier is seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager to join our team at the Carrier World Headquarters. Reporting to the Associate Director of Experiential Marketing, this role will lead the planning and execution of impactful events and experiences that showcase the Carrier brand. From strategy to execution, this role will focus on creating engaging, seamless, and memorable experiences at meetings, events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations.

They bring expertise in event strategy, logistics, and branding, along with the ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders, including executive leadership, vendors, and key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and on-site management of events, including corporate meetings, trade shows, sponsorships, and customer-facing experiences.
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with corporate goals and marketing objectives.
  • Manage all event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, venue selection, branding, and attendee engagement.
  • Create repeatable processes, templates, and best practices to scale and optimize event programs globally.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align events with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of events, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Infuse creativity into event concepts, bringing innovative ideas to elevate the Carrier brand.
  • Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly, meeting deadlines and exceeding quality expectations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee deliverables.
  • Stay current on trends in experiential marketing and event planning, incorporating industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 + years of experience in event planning and experiential marketing.
  • 5 + years of experience in planning and executing events, trade shows, and brand activations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Strong expertise in event logistics, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and on-site coordination.
  • Proven ability to create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution while delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to connect events to broader marketing goals and measure ROI effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Creative problem-solver with a track record of developing innovative event ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
