About this role
The Delivery Governance Leader – Digital is accountable for defining,operating, and continuously evolving the enterprise-wide delivery governance model for Digital initiatives, while also serving as the Global SOX Coordination Lead for Digital and Technology delivery. This role ensures that digital programs, products, strategic initiatives (AI Roadmap, Build & Run etc.) and platforms are delivered predictably, efficiently, and in alignment with business strategy—whilemaintainingstrong controls over scope, cost, timelines, quality, and risk.
As the single point of accountability for Digital delivery governance, SOX program execution and CCM (Change Control Management), this role acts as a strategic bridge between strategy, execution, and assurance. It enables consistent, scalable delivery across the EDPS and Digital organization, while ensuring compliance with SOX controls through close partnership with Internal Audit leadership (Director level and above), PwC, Cyber SecurityTeamand application owners across a global portfolio of 600+ applications. The role also owns Continuous Change Management (CCM) for the Digital landscape, including control execution, defect remediation, preventive maintenance, and disciplined weekly reporting—providingenterpriselevelvisibility, risk mitigation, and audit readiness at scale.
The role provides enterpriselevel visibility and confidence to senior leadership by embedding strong governance, audit readiness, and risk management into day-to-day delivery—ensuring that speed, agility, and innovation are balanced with disciplined controls and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1.Delivery Governance, Frameworks, and Playbooks
Define, own, and continuously enhance the Digital Delivery Governance framework across agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models.
Establish and enforce enterprise standards, policies, and guardrails for planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of digital initiatives.
Ensure consistent and fitforpurpose application of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PMI) based on initiative complexity, risk profile, and business impact.
Design andoperatestage gates,delivery ofhealthchecks, risk assessments, and executive delivery reviews to drive predictability and early issue detection.
Provide senior leadership with transparent,data-driveninsights on delivery performance, risks, and corrective actions on strategic initiatives like build & run.
Run special projects or strategic initiatives from definition to execution.
2.Global SOX Coordination, CCM and Audit Oversight
Serve as the Global SOX Coordinator for Digital, owningend-to-endSOX execution, audit readiness, and issue remediation across the Digital application landscape.
Act as the primary interface with Internal Audit leadership (Directors and above based in the CIB office) and external auditors (PwC) for all Digital SOX matters.
Coordinate SOX activities across 600+ global applications, working closely with application owners, product teams, AMS partners, and COE leaders.
Lead SOX walkthroughs, evidence reviews, deficiency assessments, and management responses; ensuretimelyclosure of audit findings and control gaps.
Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of SOX processes to reduce operational friction while strengthening control effectiveness.
Provideexecutive levelassurance on SOX compliance, risk exposure, and remediation status.
3. Portfolio & Demand Management
Govern the digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, OKRs, and COE capacity.
Facilitate intake, prioritization, and capacity planning processes.
Provide executive visibility into portfolio status, dependencies, risks, and value realization.
4. Performance Management & Metrics
Define, track, and reportdelivery ofKPIs such as predictability, velocity, time-to-market, quality, benefits realization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Implement andmaintainexecutive and operational dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow,Airtable, Asana).
Identifydelivery trends, systemic issues, and continuous improvement opportunities.
5. Risk, Dependency & Issue Management
Proactivelyidentify, manage, and escalate delivery risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
Ensure clear ownership and mitigation plans for critical risks.
Facilitate resolution of organizational impedimentsimpactingdelivery.
6. Stakeholder & Executive Management
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business, IT, and digital leaders.
Prepare and lead steering committees, executive reviews, and QBRs.
Ensure transparency and alignment on scope, timelines, costs, and value delivery.
7. Continuous Improvement & Delivery Maturity
Drive continuous improvement of the digital operating and delivery model.
Lead initiatives to standardize, simplify, and automate governance and reporting processes.
Promotedata-driven, outcome-focused, and accountability-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of experience indigital, technology, or transformation delivery.
6+ yearsinportfolio, program, or PMO governancewithin digital environments.
3+ yearsworking withagile delivery at scale.
3+ yearsofexperienceworkingwithSOX execution and coordination
Travel –upto25% of the time for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or relateddiscipline.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
