Training Coordinator - CSE Service Training
Location: Montluel/Lieusaint 
Scope:  CSE Service Training Activities (in-site and remote)

Role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to support the execution of technician training across CSE, with a strong focus on Train-the-Trainer, new product launches, certification pathways and cross-country alignment.

This role is a key enabling position that helps turn CSE training priorities into visible, well-coordinated delivery. The person will act as a central point of coordination across DSOs, Service Academies, systems and stakeholders, ensuring that training activities are planned, followed through, tracked, and translated into readiness.

It is an ideal role for someone who combines strong organisation with judgement, proactivity, and the ability to keep a complex European training environment moving.

The role involves regular travel within France and across Europe (30-40%) to support training programmes, events and Service Academy activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate CSE training execution across countries, including Train-the-Trainer, launch readiness, onboarding and technician certification pathways.

• Act as a central coordination point between countries, trainers, service academy contacts and the CSE team, ensuring clarity on priorities, attendance, completion and next steps.

• Maintain visibility of readiness, progress and risks across training activities, and help escalate issues early when action is needed.

• Support the use of Workday Learning or equivalent tools to track participation, completion, certifications and training journeys.

• Help structure and improve the operational side of training delivery, including communication, learner tracking, process consistency, and reporting.

• Organise and support training-related events, including training sessions, recognition or awards moments, and selected travel within France and internationally when required.

• Contribute to a more scalable European model by supporting digital learning distribution, launch follow-up and the practical use of AI-enabled tools where appropriate.

• Prepare clear status updates and coordination views for leadership and country stakeholders.

• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline ways of working, simplify processes and remove friction from the system.

What you bring

• Experience in training coordination, learning operations, programme support or a similar multi-stakeholder environment.

• Strong organisational skills, combined with the ability to anticipate issues and keep activities moving.

• Confidence working across countries, functions and timelines in a structured and professional way.

• Interest in learning systems such as Workday Learning, or strong motivation to develop in this area quickly.

• Strong English and French. Ideally one or more additional European languages.

• A practical mindset: able to combine detail, responsiveness and a clear sense of priorities.

Fourchette de rémunération

La rémunération annuelle pour ce poste est comprise entre €43,000.00-€86,000.00 par an.Les facteurs pouvant influencer la rémunération incluent notamment les compétences, la formation, l’expérience et d’autres qualifications spécifiques du candidat retenu.

Ce poste peut donner droit à des primes à court terme, sous réserve de conditions définies.
