About the role 

Serve as an employee and customer advocate who specializes in creating a culture focused on exceptional customer service.

Educate employees on HR services and encourageuseof self-service tools.

Be a subject matter expert for all relevant services,processesand policies

Work collaboratively with all areas to ensure targets are met and/orexceededand company initiatives are supported.

Key Responsibilities 

As a SR HR ADVISOR,you'llbe responsible for: 

• Provide a consistent,timely,accurateand customer-focused HR administration service to key stakeholders and customers, contributing to the HR Ops overall vision and strategy.

• Support the processing of organizational HR informationutilizingvarious HR systems.

• Validate and audit data to ensure data integrity.

• Utilize multiple online systems to research, analyze, troubleshoot issues, completerequestsand help resolve employee,managerand HR needs

• Special Projects and any other duties assigned.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have: 

• At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations

• Excelproficiency

• Strong data analytics and attention to detail.
