About This Role

Project Administrator that works closely with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and other members of the operations team to help ensure BAS projects are delivered on time, under budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers as needed to ensure project completion per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist PMs with financial and administrative management of assigned projects including billing, revenue forecasting, issuing subcontracts, issuing and budgeting change orders, drafting notices to customers, ordering materials, and other tasks related to business operations and project management.
• Manage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action
• Assist with resource planning and schedule management
• Attend and facilitate budget and coordination meetings
• Maintain effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements.
• Facilitate coordination between the project management team and business operations, sales, and other internal customers.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver’s License
• 2+ years of experience supporting operations or service teams
• 2+ years of experience working with major ERP system (SAP, MSD, Oracle)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years’ work experience in subcontracting
• Knowledge in project forecasting or project budget analysis
• Experience in OCIP/CCIP reporting
• Experience in customer invoicing, AR, and collections efforts
• Requesting and understanding Certificates of Insurance
• 2+ years in HVAC Construction Industry
• Experience in Prevailing Wages and/or Davis Bacon requirements

Pay Range:

$63,028 - $88,447 Annually
