About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Service Excellence Officer role is designed to develop future professionals for Carrier Hong Kong & Macau by providing structured exposure to Sales, Service & Aftermarket operations, commercial processes, project coordination, and customer-facing activities.
- Support Service & Aftermarket teams in daily operations, including service coordination, documentation, data consolidation, and internal reporting
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Service, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR) to support ongoing business activities
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and dashboards related to service performance, projects, or improvement initiatives
- Participate in assigned projects related to service improvement, modernization, digitalization, sustainability, or productivity initiatives
- Support process reviews, data analysis, and preparation of presentation materials for management review
- Assist in implementation of standardized processes, tools, and reporting templates
- Support Commercial Excellence and Sales Operations functions for overall Hong Kong business by assisting in: Sales opportunity tracking and pipeline consolidation, Project progress tracking and coordination, Sales target tracking, KPI monitoring, and variance analysis
- Support sales productivity initiatives, including data preparation for performance reviews, incentive programs, and recognition tracking.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-5 years of working experience in sales, service, administration, project coordination or related fields;
-Proactive, detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently
-Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
