Job Responsibilities for an Area Channel Sales Manager ( South)

As an Area Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing appropriate solutions for customers/ distributors to boost customer acquisition levels. You will analyze market potential and track sales working towards profitability goals.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Manage subordinates and team to achieve sales target and company goals.

• Guide and managing sales representative team in assigned area for sales achievement.

• Support and manage teams to achieve short- and long-term goals.

• Provide solutions to align customers to boost up sell-in/Sell out.

• Find new customers in assigned area.

• Achieve sales targets.

• Prepare monthly and weekly reports

• Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing/products/trends in the market

• Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure they are satisfied and long-lasting customers.

• Receive feedback and work on it to resolve issues

Job Qualifications & Required

The basic qualifications required to be considered for the position:

• Prefer bachelor’s or higher degree level  

• Must have experience in Air conditioning, prefer having experience in Light Commercial Air Conditioning

• Prior demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in the similar position.
