About the Role
The Senior Program Manager – Platforms is responsible for the execution of One platform development and inserting platform components into BU New Product Developments (NPD). The Program manager organizes comprehensive platform reviews, periodically updates dynamic executive dashboards and supports the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning efforts. By blending strategic vision with hands-on project stewardship, the individual ensures optimal resource allocation, risk mitigation, and consistent delivery of projects that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute PMO Strategy:
Implement PMO strategies for Platforms, program roadmaps, and methodologies to align with both short-term and long-term Organizational objectives.
- NPD Execution:
Lead the coordination and management of new product development initiatives. Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product management, and engineering teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet customer needs and market demands. - Milestone & Budget Management:
Establish overall platform delivery milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project milestones and budgets to ensure that NPD projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within allocated financial resources. - Risk and Quality Assurance:
Implement risk assessment and quality control measures to safeguard the NPD process, ensuring that potential issues are proactively identified and addressed.
- AOP Integration:
Support the formulation of the Annual Operating Plan by aligning project portfolios with strategic priorities. Collaborate with Engineering leaders to integrate project forecasts, resource planning, and budget allocations into the AOP.
- Comprehensive Program Reviews:
Conduct periodic, in-depth platform & program reviews to evaluate project performance, adherence to timelines, and alignment with organizational goals. Use these reviews to identify project risks and opportunities for process improvement. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate meetings and feedback sessions with cross-functional project teams, ensuring that stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance:
Oversee the creation and regular updating of executive program dashboards. These dashboards should provide real-time insights into project statuses, risk profiles, budget adherence, resource utilization, and overall performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in: Engineering / Computer Science / Business.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in managing large-scale, strategic initiatives.
- 3+ years experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- 3+ years experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)
- PMP or similar project/program management certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing NPD projects and AOP planning processes.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software initiatives.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities to engage effectively with executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is $117,500–$205,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
