Role Responsibilities:

• Enter / Process Customer Purchase Orders
• Provide accurate ship dates on purchase orders
• Respond to customer inquiries on order status

Role Purpose:

• Provide status on customer orders
• Provide tracking information on customer orders
• Set-up new customers in the AS400 / PRMS

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of AS400/PRMS Order Entry & Billing Section
• Knowledge of UPS & FedEx Tracking Software
• Experience in telephone etiquette and protocol
• 2 years experience
