HR Operations Specialist – Total Rewards & Employee Relations

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Operations Specialist with a strong focus on Total Rewards and Employee Relations to join our team.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and global teams to deliver high-impact HR services, support key initiatives, and continuously improve processes.

You’ll play a critical part in shaping employee experience, driving HR excellence, and supporting business success through data-driven insights and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner proactively with stakeholders to deliver and enhance Total Rewards and Employee Relations programs
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across areas such as:
    • Compensation & Benefits
    • Incentive and bonus plans (global, regional, local)
    • Mobility and employee benefits
    • Job evaluation and design
    • Annual merit and salary review cycles
    • Market benchmarking and surveys
  • Provide expert support and advisory services to managers, HRBPs, and COEs via ticketing systems and direct communication
  • Ensure high-quality, timely resolution of complex HR inquiries
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of HR policies and procedures
  • Clearly communicate HR policies, processes, and best practices to stakeholders
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, documenting end-to-end processes
  • Champion global HR process standardization while identifying and addressing local gaps
  • Work with systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR platforms to support operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class HR services and ensure compliance through analytics and reporting
  • Support HR system implementations, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Total Rewards & Employee Relations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume HR environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across multiple countries (preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of the end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data handling
  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands
  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commercial mindset with a desire to add business value
  • High level of learning agility and adaptability
