Project Engineering Specialist

About the Role

Carrier is seeking a Project Engineering Specialist to support HVAC project execution, with a strong focus on project coordination and document control. This role ensures smooth information flow, timely project delivery, and compliance with engineering, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports, contracts) to ensure accuracy and version control

• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders (engineering, procurement, contractors) to support project execution

• Track project progress, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines

• Support engineering coordination, including design reviews and resolving technical or documentation issues

• Assist in cost tracking, reporting, and project status updates

• Prepare and consolidate project reports, records, and handover documentation

• Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover

• Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or document control (HVAC / construction / engineering environment preferred)

• Strong skills in documentation management and coordination

• Good understanding of project workflow and stakeholder management

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Good command of English communication
