Job Summary:

This is a 12 months temporary contract with the potential for permanent.

Riello North America has an opening for a Service Coordinator (contract), reporting to the Service Manager.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to leverage technology to enhance communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Schedule work orders for repairs while ensuring scope of work and time requirements are well communicated
• Maintain and organize parts database
• Manage prioritization of repairs
• Maintain documentation related to service and training
• Manage monthly billings
• Adhere to scheduling guidelines and work order priority to load schedule

Experience/Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years relevant HVAC service industry experience preferred
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SAP

Education:

• Highschool/GED required 
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
