About the role
As a Senior Talent Management / Talent Acquisition professional, you will play a critical role in shaping Carrier’s workforce strategy in México. This position leads end-to-end talent acquisition and talent management initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
In this role, you will directly impact business success by ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time, while continuously improving recruitment processes, driving strategic projects, and strengthening Carrier’s employer brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional, you’ll be responsible for:
Partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders in México to drive Talent Acquisition standard work, including process maps, hiring policies, and TA-related projects.
Executing the hiring plan and Talent Acquisition strategy across Business Units in México, in alignment with the TA Lead and business leadership.
Acting as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Workday Recruiting system, including system functionality, reporting, and operational support.
Collaborating with the HRT team on ticket tracking, issue resolution, and problem-solving within the assigned function.
Leading or participating in Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, including RPO management, vendor reviews, job portal contract management, and TA cost analysis to ensure operational effectiveness.
Continuously improving and implementing recruitment processes and procedures, including selection techniques and assessment methods to ensure the right candidate for the right role.
Managing internal and external recruitment channels (job fairs, job boards, sourcing platforms) to actively promote Carrier as an employer of choice.
Supporting local and global TA initiatives, including Social Recruiting, Campus Recruiting, Internship Programs, Talent Referral Programs, and Employer Branding activities.
Conducting market intelligence and talent mapping, providing insights, analysis, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders.
Performing additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Lead.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Fluent English, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong ownership mindset with a high drive for results
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a “can-do” attitude
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar HR systems
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Experience supporting regional or global TA projects
Exposure to RPO management and vendor coordination
