Role: Senior Service Sales Engineer – Service Repairs & Service Agreements
As a Senior Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of service agreements and service repairs in the HVAC industry. You will play a key role in supporting Carrier’s sales strategy, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving order intake targets across the UAE market.
Role Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Establish prospects and develop professional relationships to understand customer needs.
Recommend Carrier products and services that meet client requirements.
Build personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development
Support business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments.
Identify and pursue bid opportunities; participate in bid preparation and negotiations.
Develop new customer leads and target accounts for the sales business development team.
Work towards achieving assigned order intake targets in New Service Agreements and Service Repairs, while complying with Carrier’s Finance, Ethics, and Sales Policies.
Achieve fiscal year plan targets through securing New Service Agreements and Service Repairs.
Technical & Commercial Alignment
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements align with Carrier’s service solutions.
Attend trade shows and industry events to enhance Carrier’s visibility and influence prospects.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related HVAC field.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC industry service and sales.
Established experience in outside sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Skills & Knowledge
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Driver’s license and own car (for customer visits approximately 50% of the time).
Practical knowledge of Carrier programs, systems, or service solutions is preferred.
