About the role

Join our team as Pricing Strategy & Sales Operations Analyst, reporting to Sales support & pricing Europe director. In this role, you will join a dynamic team & participate in the growth of data center vertical at Carrier.

You will be the key contact for pre-sales and sales across Europe on QuantumLeap™ lifecycle solutions

This role drives operational excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction while embodying Carrier’s values: Respect, Integrity, Inclusion, Innovation, and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Quote Preparation & Validation

• Collect and verify data (customer details, technical specs, ....).

• Prepare pricing sheets and ensure alignment with approved pricing policies

Data & Documentation Management

• Maintain pricing databases, historical quotes, and estimation templates.

• Ensure compliance with internal approval workflow

Coordination

• Liaise with sales, finance, and technical teams for any missing information

• Support RFP submissions by consolidating pricing and technical documents

• Manage pipeline reviews with all country leaders and share comprehensive view for forecast purposes

Reporting & Tracking

• Prepare internal reports on quote volumes, turnaround times, and accuracy.

• Track KPIs such as margin compliance, approval, and win/loss ratios.

• Maintain dashboards for management visibility 

• Provide trend analysis for cost fluctuations and estimation accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• Fluent English, both written & spoken

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role

• Proficiency in Excel. Experience with S4/Hana and Salesforce is a plus.

• Proficiency in Powerpoint presentations & ability to convey clear messages

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• HVAC knowledge/expertise is a strong plus
