About the Role
The Associate Director, Talent Acceleration Programs will create and execute a global high-potential development program and people leader strategy to strengthen succession readiness for critical roles and support Carrier's strategies.
This role will ideally be located at our Palm Beach Gardens, FL headquarters.
Job Responsibilities
Implement assessment tools and programs, including 360-degree feedback processes.
Design and deliver specific development programs to meet business needs and support Carrier's strategic goals.
Oversee all aspects of programs and initiatives within this role, from design and deployment to participant selection and feedback processes
Develop framework tools for high potential development programs across the Carrier organization.
Provide mentoring, development, and retention support to top talent and high-potential employees.
Assist and provide thought leadership to the Talent, Engagement, and Culture leadership team and support ad hoc program requests as necessary.
Present comprehensive assessments of program impact and effectiveness to senior management through detailed scorecards
Provide performance management support for the program management team member(s) to ensure effective program delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
10 + years of experience in Executive Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Organizational Design
Must have strong business acumen and demonstrate an understanding of how to plan for and effectively manage development programs on a global scale.
Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, strong teaming orientation, and high adaptability.
Prior demonstrated experience with implementing global high-potential programs.
Ability to effectively influence others in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with applying data to business challenges.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Can lead through ambiguity and flexible in adapting to stakeholder input
Superior perception skills and well-executed business judgment.
Able to work with sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment.
Exceptional project management skills.
Effectively coaches and develops others.
Proven ability to influence a matrix environment and secure alignment across key stakeholders.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is $178,750–$250,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
