Role Responsibilities
Analyze sales data such as revenue, volume, customer segmentation, product mix and pricing levels and pricing programs to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Track key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer lifetime value, churn rate, attachment rates and prepare regular reports for management.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for aftermarket sales growth.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets and Marketing progress.
Role Purpose
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine optimal pricing strategies.
Analyze price elasticity and customer price sensitivity.
Develop methods of and implement pricing models and tools.
Monitor and analyze the impact of pricing changes on sales revenue and profitability.
Provide recommendations for pricing adjustments and promotions.
Provide insights to market trends.
Sales Support
Provide sales teams with data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Develop sales programs based on market data.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and specialty marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development & finance) to achieve sales goals.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM and other relevant systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of work experience in a sales analysis, pricing analysis, or in a business analyst role or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of work experience in a sales analysis, pricing analysis, or in a business analyst role.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
Preferred Qualifications
Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Great communication skills both written and verbal.
SAP experience preferred.
Experience in industrial sales.

Pay Range:
