Purpose of this role is to develop, establish and perform robust quality processes in Aftermarket Operations in line with the general quality system and certification requirements (ISO 9001).

Role Responsibilities:

• Establish supplier quality and development processes

• Develop and run a robust process of claims from suppliers

• Define and implement customer returns process

• Establish aftermarket quality management system

Role Purpose:

• Ensure zero defects of parts and compliance with delivery requirements, such as documentation and packing for reduction of damages

• Attain sufficient rate of sucessful claims from suppliers

• Reduce customer return processing times

• Achieve error free Aftermarket Operations

  processes

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in Quality Management in an industrial environment

• Strong process design and improvement capabilities

• Knowledge of claim / reverse logistics processes

• Fluent in English
