About this role:
Carrier is seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise. This role will entail identifying opportunities for sales process standardization. You will also be responsible for making significant improvements to processes to enhance and standardize sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support cross functional teams to develop and execute strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization.
- Execute CRM strategy, implementation, and ongoing management collaborating with marketing, digital, and IT.
- Streamline and optimize sales processes including territory planning & funnel management.
- Develop self-serve analytical tools along with reporting standards.
- Analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment
- Provides a wide variety of ad-hoc support for Business Management, including data modelling, presentations, and dashboarding
- Actively participate in strategic analysis with Sales Management, including making recommendations on improvements to business processes, sales productivity, and revenue initiatives
- Proactively data mine and provide analysis on sales activities, lead management, pipelines, forecast accuracy, etc. to provide Sales Management with insightful and actionable information
- Assist in market potential analytics, territory and sales force sizing exercises, including the aggregation of data from a variety of disparate sources and systems into a database and models for data-driven decision making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, in Business or Data/Analytics.
- 5 + years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, and/or marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
- B2B go-to-market experience preferably within building technologies or related industry as well as multi-channel experience.
- Highly skilled in analysis and process improvement.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in business intelligence solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytical Cloud.
- Significant experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
- Experience in change management.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
