About the role
Leads team of intermediate to experienced Credit & Collections (Accounts Receivable) professionals, setting objectives and guiding others on processes such as credit, billing, collection, cash application, Accounts Receivable reporting, order processing and monthly, quarterly, year-end close processes. Responsible for ensuring credit policies are enforced, so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, repayments are made on time, and losses are kept to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
8-10 years of Order to Cash operations experience with impressive progression in career.
Expert in collections knowledge of cash application, Billing, and credit management processes.
Ability to manage multiple conflicting abilities.
Experience in working with major ERPs platforms (e.g., CFIN, SAP or Oracle)
Ability to work in a global, virtual, and matrixed environment including global SSC/GBS environment.
Experience of handing transitions and transformation projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-– ability to articulate thoughts clearly, active listening and comprehension
Requirements
Formal continuous improvement training preferable.
Outstanding program and project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in area of accounting, finance, or general management
