In addition, Carrier sponsors financial training and exams such as CIMA or ACCA for EFLP associates who desire to follow these training schemes.

The European Financial Leadership Program (EFLP) is a key entry point to start a career in finance at Carrier. During the three-year period, finance associates will have three twelve-month rotations during which they will work within several of Carrier’s dynamic global business units and be exposed to different finance functions such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Controls (Assistant Controller and Internal Auditor roles), M&A/Business Development, Corporate Tax and Treasury, Project Management and Finance Transformation.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for highly motivated candidates who seek to build upon their demonstrated leadership ability and academic excellence Carrier is looking for Accounting, Finance, and Business majors who are proven team players, enthusiastic about learning, and possess strong technical competence to join our Finance Leadership Program.

EFLP Associates also benefit from the company's international presence by filling positions around Europe. Rotations currently exist in France, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Norway and Germany. Other locations may be added in upcoming years (Ireland will be added in September 2023).

Profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance
• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
• Relevant internship and/or apprenticeship experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Desire to make a difference and a drive to deliver maximum value
• Geographical mobility and willingness to work and live in different locations in Europe
• Global cultural awareness and good influencing skills
• Legal authorization to work in all European Union countries
• Availability to join the program late August / early September 2023
