Requirements
Functional Experience:
- Able to initiate and lead sales pitches/price negotiations with high profile customers
- Fully understand the standard Service processes, metrics and KPI’s (from revenue to costs and GM)
- Deep knowledge of Carrier products and industry standards
- Business Judgement - understanding the market situation, customer segment, sales potential and competition
- Understand customer needs, able to listen and provide expected services - aligned with financial targets
- Deliver positive results in the agreed timeframe
People, Organisation:
- Pro-actively take actions to improve revenue, GM and customer experience
- Expert in teamwork - supporting a productive, positive and inspiring environment
- Cooperate with the operational team-Members to understand the whole sale potential and support the execution of contracts, billables and modernizations
Skills, Abilities:
- Strong communication and value based selling abilities
- Time Management – any activity must be performed in respect of the given timeframe - persistent, focused on targets/results, flexible, working independently and in teams
- customer and service orientated - as well as a high degree of initiative and resilience
- HUNTER MINDSET REQUIRED TO HUNT NEW CUSTOMERS!
- MS Office – user knowledge
- Technical education – managing customer relationship
- 3 years of experience in sales position in HVAC or Refrigeration field its strong required.
KPI’s: revenue & GM (contracts, billables and modernizations), number of quotes, number of contracts, number of customer visits, customer satisfaction, EHS compliance
Responsibilities
As Sales Representative & Modernizations, you’ll be responsible for:
- Achieving individual annual sales targets on contracts, billables and modernizations – to participate on the local SIP (Sales Incentive Plan)
- Understand and apply Service Commercial Principles in all sale activities
- Understand annual customer’s budget
- Analyze revenue and GM after execution and take or initiate corrective actions if needed
- Analyze revenue, cost and GM annually of sold contracts
- Analyze Billables and Modernization Sales weekly and take corrective actions
- Analyze Key Account Data (sales and margin per customer/contract) and take or initiate corrective actions if required
- Deliver high quality quotes in the agreed/expected timeframe to customers
- Regular visits of existing customers to understand the needs and provide potential solutions/quotes
- Approach new customers pro-actively to sell Carrier Services – contracts, billables and modernizations
- Participate on local tenders and local price negotiations
- Cooperate closely with the Service Operations to identify modernization opportunities
- Cooperate closely with central Modernization Manager to understand central developed products – or to create new products with deep understanding of local needs
- Support Technician Sales Process to increase billable sales
- Support EH&S processes and initiatives
