About the role:

We are seeking a Project Manager with International exposure to manage multiple projects in the domain of BMS (Building Management System)/IBMS/Energy Management (related to Buildings) with respect to system integration part.

Role Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control & close all System Integration projects.

• Should have hands on experience of managing BMS System Integration projects (Niagara JACE, NEXREV, JCI etc.), consisting of supply of parts, installation and integration of BMS system at customer sites, preparing as built reports.

• Knowledge of operations of BMS parts like Main Controller, Thermostats, Sensors, IO modules, RTU / Heat Pump function etc.

• Should have experience in managing Repair & Maintenance projects consisting of repair of parts & maintenance of BMS parts.

• Should be able to interface with technical teams, finance teams, procurement teams and sourcing teams for project delivery activities.

• Should be able to work with Vendors including, negotiations, invoicing, scheduling, etc.

• Manages scope, resources and timeframes effectively to meet client expectations profitably

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Should be able to identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensures project documents are complete, up-to date and stored appropriately.

• Manage project cost and revenue. Maintain rate cards, financial documents required for project delivery

• Knowledge on inventory reconciliation will be added advantage

Client Management

• Interface with SI team regularly for planning the SI projects

• Interface with account PMs for requirement gathering and status updates on SI projects

• Handle customer escalations

• Develop lasting relationship with stakeholders to manage their expectations and achieve high stakeholder satisfaction on ongoing basis.  Act as first point of contact and minimize escalations to next level

Communication:

• Should work with US and India based teams and customers.

• Will require work time flexibility to overlap partially with US business hours.

• Facilitates internal project team and client meetings effectively.

• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and respective stakeholders.

• Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.

• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner.

Role Purpose:

• Project managing SI projects across multiple customers

• End to end visibility of different aspects of SI projects

• P&L

• Key role in rapidly growing SI business

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SI side of BMS support and Services

• Experience in engaging with senior management internally and externally

• Self driven and willing to learn and talk technology

• Ability to understand multi-faceted problems and work out a solution work with the larger delivery team

• Graduate Degree

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
