About the role
Leads team of intermediate to experienced Credit & Collections (Accounts Receivable) professionals, setting objectives and guiding others on processes such as credit, billing, collection, cash application, Accounts Receivable reporting, order processing and monthly, quarterly, year-end close processes. Responsible for ensuring credit policies are enforced, so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, repayments are made on time, and losses are kept to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
- 8-10 years of Order to Cash operations experience with impressive progression in career.
- Expert in collections knowledge of cash application, Billing, and credit management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting abilities.
- Experience in working with major ERPs platforms (e.g., CFIN, SAP or Oracle)
- Ability to work in a global, virtual, and matrixed environment including global SSC/GBS environment.
- Experience of handing transitions and transformation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-– ability to articulate thoughts clearly, active listening and comprehension
Requirements- Formal continuous improvement training preferable.
- Outstanding program and project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in area of accounting, finance, or general management
