About this role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of our global Digital organization, with a passion to drive Digital transformation within Global functions.

This role responsible for defining and driving the vision and strategy for data and analytics products within an organization working hand in hand with other leaders. This role works closely with stakeholders, including function leaders, data owners, and CoEs, to ensure that our data and analytics solutions meet the needs of the organization and its users.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining and communicating the vision and strategy for data and analytics products related to Global Functions.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.

• Prioritizing and managing the product backlog to ensure that the most valuable features are delivered first.

• Working with the CoE teams to ensure that the product is delivered on time and to the desired quality.

• Defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of the product.

• Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of data and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Digital Technology, or related field    

• 1+ years work experience in one of Carrier’s Early Careers Leadership Programs (LPs) and currently enrolled in one of Carrier’s Leadership Programs (LPs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Some experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence.

• Familiarity with data and analytics technologies and tools.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Some experience or knowledge in product management or product ownership.

• Willingness to learn and develop leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

• The ability to work well in a team environment

• Prior experience in product management roles

• Preferred candidates with experience or certifications in ScrumMaster/Product Owner, Digital Mindset, Agile Methodologies, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Security+, Product Management, and Advanced Certified Scrum Master/Developer/Product Owner
